Projekt powstał z kooperacji biura SUD z biurem RS AK. Ideą projektu było stworzenie placu zabaw, który skalą swych rozwiązań będzie odpowiadał wnętrzu urbanistycznemu. Zostało to osiągnięte dzięki zastosowaniu charakterystycznych unikatowych elementów wielkoprzestrzennych tworzących kompozycję placu, będących jednocześnie urządzeniami wielofunkcyjnymi. The project was created from the cooperation of the SUD office with the RS AK office. The idea of project was to create a playground that would suit the urban interior with the scale of its solutions. We achieved that by the use of characteristic, unique, large-space elements forming the composition of the square, which are also multi-functional devices. This is how the idea of a ribbon was created - a modern linaria, which is the focal point of the square. It is a connector of all zones - creating a recreational track from the slide through climbing, swings and ropes, while ensuring the availability of all sides of the playground. In the entrance area, original toys were used, such as hammocks and light swings. In addition, a number of playground equipment from climbing, through slides, trampolines, a rope bridge to water facilities in the area for children was arranged on the square. In order to gain privacy and provide greenery on the playground trees have been introduced that will give shade on hot days. The defined unified color and naturalness of small architecture materials with a large share of natural wood allowed for the character of the square to correspond with the surroundings and greenery. The end of the square is framed by the original large-space wooden bench, which is a kind of spatial sculpture that can be used in a number of ways: to lie down, sit. The bench was also equipped with electrical sockets to connect mobile devices. Above the entire square there is a set of luminaires suspended on ropes allowing use of the square in the evening. The square is unique in terms of solutions of individually designed play elements especially for the needs of this square as well as elements of small architecture adapted by form and functionality to the needs of the place.
