Premium apartments, the Royal Tulip Warsaw apartments and offices within one prestigious complex located in the city center of Warsaw at the 39 Grzybowska street. The compact building is developing 2 towers seating on a podium. The highest tower is reaching almost 100 m in the skyline of Warsaw. SUD was responsible for the full architectural and engineering design in collaboration with Piotr Schneider & GSBK for the structure.
