Program
The project is located on a plot facing the river. The main wish of the client was to have a place to leave with view on the water, the nature and sun all day long within the building. In order to achieve this result we played with different volumes, breaking the massing of the building and bringing then natural light and views at the real heart of the house. The day life of this home is fully organized at the elevated level 0 that is allowing then panoramic views on the river and the nature around. The night life is located at the level +1 and the car park, sport activities and wellness are in the basement still with natural light. The architecture of the building is a synthesis between the local architectural specifications and a modern design approach that is bringing a contemporary flavor within the surroundings.
