Program
Refurbishment and the extension of an existing shopping centre in the Zabrze city center. The project includes integrated multilevel parking, new cinema, extended foodcourt and a trendy modern fitness club. The mixed-use complex external appereance refers to the historical buildings of the Zabrze steelworks due to use of local Silesia region finishing materials.
