For this unique building, SUD Polska provided architectural and engineering design services, from concept to detailed design and construction supervision.
The complex, with a total area of 28 000 m2, is very diverse and combines a 5-star Raffles hotel with a palace, 3 000 m2 of luxury retail space and 7 000 m2 of Class A offices.
To complete this project, SUD Polska renovated a prestigious 19th-century building, adding two floors at the top and excavating four underground levels beneath the existing courtyard.
