Urban master-planning concept of the plot in the strict center of Warsaw, along Al. Jerozolimskie and between Al. Jana Pawła II and Żelazna street. The propose complex will comprise four office building and hotel situated on the podium building accommodating beneath the commercial/services spaces and parking for 800 cars. It will be located directly on the plate overlapping the diametrical tunnel and WKD railway and will be operably linked to the entrance to the western gallery of W-wa Centralna. Publicly accessible urban garden is planned on the roofs of the lower part of buildings.
