A fragmented linear facade at the scale of the city, the high-quality finishing materials will guarantee urban relevance and sustainability of the constructions.
The ceramic panel facades reflect light and the color of the sky, like the glassy waters of the Oder river.
An entirely pedestrian shopping street reminiscent of the Księcia Witolda street, it offers nearby quality stores for its future residents.
The high-standing residential buildings enjoy shared gardens – with private ones above the first floor and on the roof of the stores – with views over the banks of the Oder and the old town.
Each apartment has grand bay and large windows and ample terraces, true extensions to the exterior of the homes.
